PicView - A Shareware .PIC file viewer for the Psion Series 3a.

This is Version 2.0. Version 1.0 didn't really exist, but was
updated so often I lost count. V2.0 seems to have most of the
bugs ironed out. I have included an option to load a bitmap
that has been stored with a grey plane, although at 20kb for
a screen size .PIC I can't see there being too many of those.

Registered users will receive free upgrades if and when they
become available (now that's what I call an incentive!).
Suggestions for updates are welcome - some of my ideas are
included on the Help screen.
